This project examined how a 73-acre wooded property near Creedmoor, NC could support a balanced mix of residential development and land conservation. Our team conducted an in-depth analysis to identify opportunities that preserve key environmental features while offering long-term public benefit.
Through a strategic, research-driven approach, we evaluated the site’s ecological value, surrounding infrastructure, and regional growth patterns. The study aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and meaningful conservation outcomes.
